The month following the close of each quarter, your cash rebate vendors
report your member purchases to ContractorsONE™. These amounts are then
entered into your rebate account and a statement is generated, once per
quarter, and then mailed for your review.

Cash rebates are disbursed twice per year. Checks are made out to your
company and are targeted to be mailed the 15th of September and the 15th of
March.

*Guiding Principles of the Rewards Program:

1. Must be enrolled and in good standing in ContractorsONE™ Member
Rewards Program in order to receive rebates.

2. Failure to remain current with any vendors will result in forfeiture of
those rebates.
